    Dear Colleagues,

        We are pleased to announce the 14th annual conference on Astronomical Data Analysis Software and Systems (ADASS), to be held in Pasadena, California, USA, at the Sheraton Hotel from October 24-27, 2004. The program is expected to last until about 4pm on Wednesday 27th.

        The conference is hosted by the Infrared Processing and Analysis Center (IPAC) and the California Institute of Technology (Caltech)

        The ADASS Conference Series (http://adass.org/ ) provides a forum for scientists and computer specialists concerned with algorithms, software, and operating systems that focus on the acquisition, reduction, analysis, storage and dissemination of astronomical data. The program includes invited talks, contributed papers, display sessions, tutorials, focused demonstrations sessions, and computer demonstrations, as well as special interest ("Birds of a Feather" or BOF) meetings. These activities aim to encourage communication among software specialists, scientists, and users, and also to stimulate further development of astronomical software and systems.
